When will my order ship?

Shipping occurs every two weeks. Folli is sometimes on the go for shows in the summer, and otherwise located in a very remote location which makes shipping difficult.

How long does shipping take?

From the ship out date, the delivery times are as follows:

Canada: 1-2 weeks

US: 1-2 weeks

Europe & Australia: 3-4 weeks

Asia: 3-8 weeks

Does my order come with tracking or insurance?

Generally no, but these can be guaranteed if you contact bunbun ahead of time.

Where do you get the ideas for your designs?

Bunbun draws her inspiration directly from her hobbies and love of nature.

Where is your merch made?

Pins: a factory in Suzhou (hi grandma!)
